Surely he has to see his options are limited in Madrid. This doesn't mean he has to come to White Hart Lane, but he would only be guaranteed a spot on the bench. If they do sign Ribery then he wouldn't even get that. Spurs should try their hardest to get as many of the Madrid players as possible!
