He should be expelled from the team as should Wayne Bridge. This is not a question of who is or isn't fit to lead the team. This is a question of preparing the team mentally for the World Cup. Between them these two players have created a media circus which is not going to go away. This is a huge distraction for a team which cannot win the big game at the best of times.
