Is Fernando Torres worth more than £50 million?

Liverpool striker Fernando Torres has been strongly linked with a move away from Anfield in recent days after it was claimed that the Spanish international was considering his future at the club.
Chelsea and Manchester City are both believed to be interested in the 25-year old and many of the rumours over the past few days have suggested that both clubs are preparing £50 million bids.
Is Torres worth more than £50 million and more importantly, will he still be a Liverpool player next season? Comments below please.

definatlley worth more than £50m if kaka is worth 57m torres is worth £65m – £70m he is a top quality striker best in the world and he is a superstar striker he knows what he has to do and he does it simple and he gets loved for that he has a better attitude than ronaldo worth 80m i dont see why he is not worth more than £50m

Yeh but he is only returning from an injury so not many, well I wasn’t anyway, expecting too much from him in this World Cup and althought, I admit, he has been fairly poor, he is still one of the best in the world.
